  1. EFT or Cash are currently the only methods of payment.

  3. We will generate an invoice and mail it back to you.
  4. Complete the EFT payment and mail the payment confirmation to sales@customshop.co.za.
  5. We ship via Speed Services Couriers and the tracking number is mailed to you.
  6. Contact your post office within a day or two to confirm arrival and pick up from their counter.

General Notes:

  • If an item is out of stock we will notify you via email first and not generate an invoice.
  • We will send your pickups as soon as the payment confirmation has been received.
  • Shipping is via Speed Services Couriers to any Post Office in South Africa at a flat rate of R75.00 per package.
  • Delivery is usually within 48 hours.
  • Any orders not paid within 5 days will automatically be cancelled.
  • EFT is currently our preferred method of payment. You can use any credit or debit card or online cheque or savings account. Create a beneficiary in our name and complete the EFT.
  • If you're in Cape Town you can uplift locally and pay in cash.
  • Take note that residential postal codes are often different to Post Office postal codes, even if located in the same town of suburb.
